Wow!!! I had my truck there to get the catalytic converters fixed. They took it upon themselves to do a 47 point inspection, ordered more parts for my truck, looked at my busted window and all for VERY inexpensive. I have NEVER been treated like I know anything about vehicles until I went here. I was beyond satisfied with everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend their shop!

I came across AutoServe a couple months ago on the BG Products website. I had no idea there was certified BG Products service center here in town where I live. I was so happy! I swear by their products. And then after having my auto there and dealing with the people at AutoServe I was even happier. Everything was explained to me very well. I was kept informed of problems and progress. The price was fair. I had used the same auto mechanic for about 15 years.....until now. I will be taking all my vehicles to AutoServe for now on.

I love being able to schedule an appointment through the website. And I appreciate getting texts and emails that explain the issues with my vehicles. The information is much easier to digest that way - rather than trying to jot everything down during a phone call. Communication is prompt, prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly. They're always willing to explain things to me and do it without talking down to me.
