I’m new to the area. My Sister recommended Auto serve. Being a retired Master Plumber, I know a little about mechanics. Auto Serve staff are expertly trained ,professional mechanics. And are honest when it came to diagnosing issues with my vehicle. My vehicle had a couple major issues. The mechanic did repairs in a timely, and cost effective manner. All Auto Serve staff were pleasant, and explained repair process as it went along. Giving me options and suggestions that some of work I requested wasn’t necessary at this time. Thank you one and all for your “ golden” attitudes. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Auto Serve for all my vehicle maintenance needs

Honest and dependable

The staff is very professional and so friendly. I have been here twice since I moved to Ranson. Once for my inspection and was able to wait for the car while the quickly took care of that. Second time I brought my car in for a service and they did a wonderful job considering it is so hard to get parts etc right now. The other thing I really appreciate is that they make suggestions of things that the car needs but are not pushy at all as far as to when it needs to be done. Even suggest that it can wait until next time something else is due. They also send a follow up txt to make sure the car is running well. I highly recommend AutoServ for anything you need related to your vehicle.
