Auto Serv is a full-service auto maintenance shop in Charles Town, WV. I have used them for maintenance of my Hyundai Santa Fe twice now and I am positively impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. The desk staff people were friendly and helpful - even to the point of giving me a half-hour drive home after dropping off my car plus another half-hour drive to pick me up at home to bring me back to the shop when the job was completed. Their prices are fair, not cheap, and the time to accomplish the required work is estimated accurately.. Their recommendations of further work to be done are reasonable and are only given when such tasks are required or highly recommended for keeping the vehicle running in very good condition. For those waiting for work on their car, the waiting area is clean and pleasant.

We have always had great service at Auto Serv. I love the thorough check they did on our vehicle the first time we brought it in. That helped us plan for future maintenance and repairs. A good value and work is done promptly.

AutoServ has been looking after my 2003 Toyota for going on four years now, and I continue to appreciate the quality of service they provide. They've done - and do - everything from annual inspections to big, emergency repairs, and have explained every bit of work thoroughly and respectfully.

I Will absolutely be back! They made the entire experience very convenient. They got me in the next day at 9 AM for a full inspection. While I was there, everyone was super friendly and the space was comfortable where I could sit and work on my laptop with free Wi-Fi :-) I passed inspection with wonderful recommendations and a full report explaining everything. I can’t forget about the bowl of candy left out to nibble on for breakfast. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I always leave feeling confident about the work. The service advisors and mechanics are honest, straightforward and most importantly, fantastic at their jobs. Big points for the service advisor, Steve, who shepherded me through tough issues with my car, with empathy and kindness! I strongly recommend this place, and to foreign car owners especially.
