Their services were outstanding. They were straight forward what is recommend which parts need to be replace or repair my car. They explained clearly which parts need to be replace.

Autoserv employees are always so friendly and pleasant to deal with at the desk. My car was looked at in a timely manner and I got a call before the end of the day. They gave me a detailed estimate on the work that needs to be done, but told me honestly that the work can wait a month or two and my car is safe to drive right now. This gives me confidence that if something ever needs to be done right away, I can trust that they are telling me the truth.

I had Autoserv drive my car to figure out what the new noise was that I was hearing. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed estimate of what had to be done, but then honestly told me that I could safely drive my car for a few more months before having to get new brakes and new tires. Their honesty is refreshing.
