I called AutoServ to inquire about my noisy steering issue. They fit me in the next day! I received back a long list of maintenance (mostly preventative) that they recommended for my car. It was overwhelming but nice to be able to look back at to ensure I am keeping up with things. I authorized them to fix my left/right control arm and to replace my back brakes. My car was done in a day and I picked it up from their convenient key box. When I drove my car around after I picked it up, the brakes were making a noise so I notified them and they fit me in the following day to look at them. Ends up that they needed to replace the rotors and brake pads again. They did so and corrected the issue for me. I picked up the car later that day and hadn’t had an issue since. I appreciate their willingness to make things right to get those repairs 100% completed. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely friendly from the people at the front desk to the mechanic I spoke with. The cost for the repairs seemed fair when I compared it to the cost of the parts/average labor costs. They also followed up with me recently to ensure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I am impressed. I am happy to report the problems I had for noisy steering (and my occasional squeaky brakes) are fixed. Thank you AutoServ!

Purchased a used vehicle recently in VA and I brought it to AutoServe for WV inspection. They performed the most thorough multipoint check of the vehicle that I have ever seen. They had a few recommendations that should be addressed sooner than later and a few non-urgent items to consider for later. They provided pictures of fluids, filters, etc. Prices are fair and completed in an acceptable time frame. Happy to recommend anyone to this business!

I came in for a state inspection after a poor experience at another shop. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this location and Steve. They take pictures of all problem areas and potential problems and provide explanations for all. They said it would be an hour and it was exactly that (and it was busy). They even gave my baby a teddy bear. 10/10 would recommend
