If Google had more stars than 5, I would give them all to AutoServ. I don't know (or care) much about HOW cars work. I just want to turn the key and go. All tires look the same to me which is probably true for most women. When Sean told me recently that I had another 10,000 miles on my tires, I was sooo relieved because a "good samaritan" told me in the grocery store parking lot that my tires were "too dangerous to drive across the street." The same guy handed me a "friend's" business card for auto repair. Because Sean has been consistently honest with me over the years, I have been spared all the unneeded up-selling and over-selling that I fell for in the past. A rare find in today's auto repair world!

It's not easy as a woman to find a car service place that I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of and/or that I feel like the employees are condescending. Almost 3 years ago after yet another bad experience at a car place close to where I live, someone suggested to me Auto Serve in Charles Town WV. I have a 2007 Honda CRV which was at almost 200,000 miles at the time and I hoped to keep it going for another 100K. Auto Serve has given my vehicle its second life and the place makes me feel like a car owner invested in my vehicle, not a woman to be taken advantage of. I drive almost 2 hours to get my car serviced here because it is worth the time! My vehicle is now at 250K and I thank Auto Serve for keeping my CRV in tip top shape. Their service is competent and fair!

Great experience. Inspection passed, and... they spotted a faulty sensor and replaced it without charging labor. I've read the bad reviews below, and the only thing I can make of them is that it must suck to be stupid.

Got brake work done a couple of weeks ago. Friendly and professional team. They were able to fit me into schedule and get the work done at a reasonable price. Free wifi. Comfortable seating.
