Brought my car in for inspection. It failed. But, they were willing to work with me on the needed repairs and were very reasonable.

I had a flat tired and Matt went out where my car was park at. He provide me with a great service and knowledge about warranties which save me time and money, he also change the tire. I am very grateful for people like Matt. I been couple time there and the service is good overall. I been a manager in Customer Service for twenty years and you have a great people. Thank you

I have been to Autoserv twice now - once for a tire repair, and once to have my car's oil changed. Every time I go there, I'm happy. They are well priced, the waiting room is comfortable (maybe just a few trash mags would be great, not just car mags) and my car has always been taken care of.

Autoserv has been my service provider since I moved into Jefferson County from Vienna there years ago. The owner has proven to be HONEST and committed to making the customer satisfied. The staff at the service desk is friendly and willing to do everything they can to help a customer. On many occasion they gave me advice on how to take care of my cars that saved me money and time. I would highly recommend their services. I took my took to have it's serviced. I expected it to cost slot since I hadn't had any work done on it in a long time. The service was done and I was told it was repaired. I picked the truck up and after driving it a while discovered the brakes where not working correctly. So I took it back on the promise it would get into the bay and corrected. I waited all morning. I finally got it backed. I later discovered the truck had a leak, the brakes still wasn't working correctly, the emergency brake was left disconnected and the thermostat didn't work. They had installed a new thermostat. I took the truck back early Monday morning to get thing corrected. It is now Friday and I still haven't got my truck fixed properly. The counter staff are vary nice but I believe Im now just getting a run around since I already paid for the repairs.I am not a happy customer!!!

Getting a break job and inspection now. Quoted me the lowest price in town. 2 hr wait on a Saturday but that is to be expected. If you want faster service come during the week. Hopefully all goes well today....we'll see!

I always take my cars to AutoServ for regular oil changes, state inspections and maintenance. I usually dealt with Justin and Matt and they are great. I'm sure the other staff is also courteous and friendly. No need to take an appointment, just walk in and they entertain you right away. A+ Service !!!
