Went in for an inspection and they had a warm waiting area with TV, Coffee and mags to read. Nice small business that was well run and service was done swiftly. I will return and offer this as a high reccomendation.

Awesome shop, have had to take my car in for multiple issues and its been fixed to perfection everytime. The car is running like new(knock on wood) and thats all due to Autoserv. They were fast, very knowledgeable, and very affordable. Definitely recommend.

Took my car to Autoserv for a WV Inspection and the crew was kind. The at first wanted to turn me away because I didn't have my WV paperwork, howver the DMV in WV would not do my paperwork until had the car inspected. Timely, friendly, and on time. Waiting room was as welcoming as other.

I was in Charles Town for a weekend event. I traveled 4 hours to get there and started to have some vehicle issues after arrival suspected to be the front wheel bearings. I contacted my home mechanics who agreed by my description. We agreed that since it just showed up I would be able to make it back home and address it there. Well it ended up that the passenger bearing didn't follow the plan as the same day it went out. I was able to get to this location as it was near the hotel I was staying in. It was the end of the day when I arrived. They quickly determined the problem and confirmed that the passenger front wheel bearing had gone out and was nearly frozen up after I drove to get it to them before they closed for the day. They all stayed late in order to make arrangements, find parts, discuss a warranty issue that came up, and even gave me a ride to my hotel. They were very helpful and did everything they could after hours on a Friday to have a plan in place to get me fixed first thing on Saturday. That even meant tracking down factory parts 45 minutes out of the area to address the warranty issue. I am very impressed already and my vehicle will not be fixed until tomorrow as I am writing this the night after I brought it in as I was so impressed by their efforts. If I lived here I would use them for sure. I am glad they happened to be down the street from my hotel as I feel confident they will take care of my issue and get me to my event tomorrow on time.

Best of the best! This shop can repair anything. I have an old car and little things break and sometimes require some creativity. I have never been disappointed. My car is in great working order. I am particularly appreciative of the honest and open communication with the mechanics and shop manager. I trust them completely to tell me the truth and to keep my car and me safe! I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Sean and his guys are very honest. They make me feel important and do a good job at explaining the overall condition of the car.
